Step One: Download Templates
We have many different templates to make printing easy for you. Download the printing templates you need and open them in Microsoft Word.

Tip: The best way to do this is to Click on the link below and choose "Save" (not "Run") and then save it to your computer desktop where you can find it again when you need it.

    • Step Two: Replace Text With Your Own Wording
    Open the template and replace the text with your own invitation or RSVP wording. If you need help with what to say, try our Invitation Wording Help Page

    Step Three: Print
    a) Place the Invitation card blanks into the printer tray and adjust the guides to the right size so the blanks sit snugly in the tray. Make sure you put your Invitation card blanks into the printer vertically (i.e. the long sides of the cards are on left and right, not top and bottom)

    b) Use a blank test sheet the same size as the invitation or RSVP card you're printing. Place this test sheet into the printer tray. Go to File, Print... and click OK to print.

    If the text on the test printout needs to be moved, there's a simple way to do that.: Hold down the Alt key and left-click on the text box. Gently move the box to where you need it.

    Step Four: Affix invitation card to pocket folder
    The invitation card goes in the center inside panel of the pocket folder. Place two dabs of paper glue on the back of the invitation card in the top left and right corners, line it up in the pocket folder center panel and gently press the invitation card into place, making sure that there is an even border all around.

    Step Five: Assemble complete package
    Now you have the invitation card glued in place, insert the RSVP set inside right hand pocket. Place a vellum sheet over invitation card in center. Close the pocket folder and tie with the ribbon strip, making a nice bow on front cover.

    Place the kit inside the Inner Envelope and then place this Inner Envelope inside the Outer Envelope for mailing. That's it!

    Congratulations - you've just produced invitations that are your own colors, look fantastic and professionally done - and at a fraction of the cost!

    Can I get a sample of your invitations?
    Yes, for many of them. On the product info page there will be a SAMPLE button if we have samples available for that item. All samples are $1.95 with free shipping.

    How long will my order take to ship?
    We usually ship your order within 2 or 3 days, depending on order volume. Shipping time depends on which state it is being shipped to. Check our map on the Shipping information page

    Do you ship to Canada?

    How easy is it to assemble your invitation kits?
    Very easy - and we provide simple assembly instructions wherever necessary. Once you have your invitations you can go to our Assembly instructions page for further help.

    Do you have printing templates for your invitation kits?
    Yes, you will find many different wording templates on our Free template downloads page. Once you have your invitations you can come back and download the free printing templates you need for invitations, RSVP sets and envelopes.
