If you get an ECI Error Message:

ERROR CODE 22: Means that the 3-digit CVV you typed in or the Expiry Date doesn't match what your Credit Card company thinks it should be. SOLUTION: Close ALL browser windows and start over. Or call us and we can do it over the phone for you.

ERROR CODE 23: Means that the billing address you typed in doesn't match what your Credit Card company thinks it should be. Have you relocated recently? SOLUTION: Close ALL browser windows and start over, typing in the old address this time. Or call us and we can do it over the phone for you.
