We usually ship your order out within 3 business days depending on order volume. Shipping time in US takes 1-4 days depending on which state it is being shipped to. Check our map on the  Shipping information page for more precise information or email us for an updated delivery time on your order.

Yes, we are happy to ship to you anywhere in the world! However, if you live outside the USA you must first contact us for a shipping quote. Please see details on the Shipping information page.

We have broken down the process of designing your invitation into easy steps for you. If you are familiar with the program, Microsoft Word, you will find designing easy and fun. If you are new to Word, take a look at our pages on How to Design Your own Wedding Invitations and Troubleshooting Invitation Design Problems. By the time your order arrives you will be as proficient as you need to be to create the stunning invitation you want.

We want anyone to be able to purchase our beautiful invitations so we have all printing options covered. If you have an Ink Jet printer, you can use the Print It Yourself option and print them at home using our cut cards. If you have a Laser Printer, you can use the Take To Printer option where you print out your invitations using our special Take To Printer templates on 8.5 x 11 inch cardstock paper we send you. You then take it to a printer to be cut.

If you don’t have time to print or don’t have a printer, you can still order. Simply choose the Take To Printer option, fill in the special templates, upload them to a flash drive and take them to the printer of your choosing for printing and cutting. Our invitations are very easy to assemble. To attach the invitation card to the backer card or pocket folder, simply use double-sided scotch tape from Target or Office Depot. To tie ribbons, if there are any—you can use a simple knot or a simple bow. For fancier knots, see the instructional videos in our Blog for some unusual and fun ideas.
Yes, absolutely, as long as you haven’t used them or damaged them. We do charge a 15% restocking fee and you also need to pay for return shipping. Also, you must call our Customer Service line 303 444 6154 first so we can give you instructions on which warehouse to return it to.
If you should find that there are items missing from your order (fortunately this is something which is extremely rare!) we will send out the missing items immediately at our own expense. If your order arrives damaged please call Customer Service at 303 444 6154 immediately with the details so we can make it good.
